A shikishi board is a paper craft board used for mounting craft work or painting/drawing on. There is gold detailing around the edges.
As an example how these can be used - See our Kurumi-e Page. Shikishi board is used in the mounting of the Kurumi-e Kits.
One side is white (with gold edge) the reverse side is straw coloured with a spattering of silver speckles through-out (with gold edge). refer to the picture above.
